Lark + WhatsApp · SysTransform

BaseReach

Send personalised WhatsApp messages from your Lark Base rows, with status written back and replies captured.

BaseReach has two parts that work together. Nothing is sent from a server. Your WhatsApp session stays in your browser, messages leave from your own number, and contact data never leaves Lark and your machine.

How it works

The Base panel

An extension panel inside Lark Base. You pick the table, the phone column, and write a message template with placeholders such as {{Name}} or {{Order No}}. The panel renders one message per row, lets you preview it, and starts the send. It writes Sent or Failed, the timestamp, and any error text back into the row.

The Chrome extension

A small bridge that runs in Chrome and drives your own WhatsApp Web tab. It takes the queue from the panel and sends messages one at a time, with a random pause between each. It listens for incoming replies and hands them back to the panel, so you can read and answer from Base.

  1. 1. TablePick rows and the phone column
  2. 2. Template{{Name}}, {{Order No}}…
  3. 3. PreviewOne message per row
  4. 4. SendWhatsApp Web in your browser
  5. 5. Write-backSent/Failed, time, replies

Send UI screenshots and I’ll add them here, same as DocForge.

Privacy

No server-side send. Your WhatsApp session stays in the browser. Contact data stays in Lark and on your machine. Use this only for people you are allowed to message.
